Employees are encouraged to "shop around" since strong competition in the rental car market usually brings short duration sales in some local markets. Other programs (i.e. Travel & Transport, AAA or AARP discount programs) may provide cheaper rates than using the University's established discount programs.

Rental Agencies
Direct billing for Enterprise Rent-a-Car is now available through Transportation Services. In order to take advantage of Enterprise direct billing, reservations must be made through Transportation Services. Enterprise corporate rental rates include the collision damage waiver and supplemental liability coverage, express checkout can be arranged, and a Voyager fuel credit card is supplied for the rental vehicle.
